We found a place to live in SF, even though we’re always in between the city and the North Bay, where Andreas’ mom lives. The photo above is from the ferry, the white building in the distance is the maximum-security prison San Quentin, and yes, they have a death-row there :-(
And this is from the ferry in San Francisco…
This is our living room:
Our roommate is really sweet, this is what we found in our room when we moved in
We live in between the Latino neighborhood (Mission) and the gay neighborhood (Castro), and our local library, which is great, is a memorial for Harvey Milk! Maybe some of you have seen the movie, if not – you must!
This is our local coffee shop….(the name means “a cup of love” in Italian)
Just don’t order the biggest Latte, is like a liter of beverage!
….and finally this is our local church banner…
“Bay Area Jesus Loves You! Time of Supernatural Intervention” (what ??)
Tomorrow we’ll be off to Mexico!
