Every single room features artwork from a selection of Danish contemporary artists, and besides the heavy crystal chandeliers and the gilded ceilings, the mansion looks quite minimalistic.
The photo shows the lamps designed by Olafur Eliasson. Unfortunately we weren’t allowed to take photos, but the stairway looked amazing: the whole concept is being underwater! So the many lamps were like bubbles, and at the very top of the stairs Eliasson created a ceiling that replicates the surface of the water view from…underwater!
